Shipping policy

Any wigs we have on hand will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Custom or made-to-order wigs require a processing time of 7–14 business days before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or text (if provided at checkout). Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
